Limitations
- The 275,600 figure is an official estimate for a partial financial year, not the final annual net-additions statistic.
- New-build completions, EPCs and net additional dwellings are different measures and are not added together.
- The end of the current Parliament has no fixed statistical date, so an elapsed-time or required annual pace would depend on an assumption.
